1st floor, self-catering apartment - Sleeps 4-5.

We are situated between the villages of Glenridding and Patterdale, Cumbria.

There are many walks from the doorstep and local shops and pubs are only ½ mile away in either village.

The apartment is centrally heated and has 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the dining room. Both bedrooms have views of Ullswater and surrounding fells.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower unit above.

There is a multi-fuel stove in the lounge and also provided is a TV, DVD player, video player & CD player. Radio is provided but fm reception is limited in the dale. Mobile phone reception is limited to vodafone. There is a payphone on site.

From Junction 36 of the M6, follow the A590 to Windermere, then turn right onto the A592 to Ullswater over the Kirkstone Pass. (the pass is sometimes closed in winter and not reccommended in bad weather). Drive through Patterdale towards Glenridding. Our lane is on the right ,on a right hand bend, just after the Mountain Rescue Centre, (slow down after the church). follow the lane round to the left, all the way to the end.

From Junction 40 of the M6, A66 to Keswick, then follow the A592 to Ullswater. Drive right through Glenridding towards Patterdale. Immediately after the Patterdale village sign, turn left and follow the lane round to the left, all the way to the end.

SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION The apartment is let weekly from Saturday-Saturday or by dates agreed and confirmed in writing by ourselves.

• Short breaks available out of season and subject to availability.
• A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is to be paid with the booking, (provisional bookings will be held for 5 days) the balance to be paid 28 days before arrival.
• Linen, electricity and central heating are all included in the price. Fuel for the multi-fuel stove is not included but can be purchased locally.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• Occupation is from 3.30pm and departure by 10am.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported to us and a charge may be levied.
• We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage or vehicles belonging to the occupants or anyone visiting the occupants.
